A passion that started early
I’ve been taking photographs since I was a kid. It started with a little Smiena and hours spent in a school darkroom, watching images slowly appear on photographic paper. That early curiosity turned into a lifelong interest in photography and light.
For a while, music took the lead. I studied it at university, but I never really stopped taking photographs. I kept shooting and developing prints in a small darkroom at home until, eventually, chemicals gave way to pixels.
Natural photography, no pressure
Now based in Tonbridge, Kent, I photograph weddings, couples, families and events across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London.
I like photographs that feel natural rather than staged. I’ll give you direction when you need it, but I’m not interested in putting people into the same poses over and over again. I’d rather give you space to relax and capture what happens naturally.
I’m especially drawn to natural light, real interactions and those small moments that often end up being the photographs you remember most.
Beyond the camera
When I’m not photographing, I’m usually spending time with my family, playing volleyball, cycling, listening to music or planning the next road trip.
And yes — I usually take a camera with me 🙂
